Deliveries
Nuvion Nutrition currently ships online orders within Ireland, and the UK.
Deliveries occur on Monday to Friday only. There is no option currently for Saturday deliveries or timed deliveries. In order to help us deliver your package as quickly and as efficiently as possible, please provide us with the recipient's full address, contact telephone number and postal code / Eircode.
We will deliver to the address as you enter it and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address, phone number or other contact details provided are incorrect. Please therefore be extremely careful when entering delivery address details on our checkout page.
If your destination includes a Hospital, Care Facility, Hotel or Office please include Room, Floor or Ward Numbers - any additional information which will help your order reach its destination as quickly as possible. Please note that we cannot accept delivery to PO box addresses.
Order Tracking
Status updates will be emailed through to each customer confirming when your order has been dispatched. Automatic emails will be generated by our shipping partner, DPD, with the relevant tracking number for orders being shipped.
Nuvion Nutrition does not accept any responsibility for delays in the receipt of orders due to unfavourable weather conditions, customs clearance, customs inspection or any other issue out of our control. Please note that delivery charges on our website include VAT (where applicable), but do not include customs charges and recipients outside of the EU may be subject to taxes, duties or customs charges upon delivery.
While we do our very best to ensure orders arrive as quickly as possible, sometimes unforeseen delays can be experienced due to reasons beyond our control. If you have a special request regarding your delivery please contact our team on support@nuvion-nutrition.com and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.
Nuvion Nutrition reserves the right to alter its shipping rates at any time with increases in fuel surcharges or shipping rates by our shipping service providers.

Our Return & Refund Policy
At Complex Nutrition Ireland Ltd, we prioritise your satisfaction. If you're not entirely pleased with your purchase, we're here to assist.
1. Eligibility for Returns
• Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
• Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact. Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used consumable items.
• Exclusions: Personalised items, perishable goods past their expiration date, and items marked as non-returnable are exempt from returns unless faulty.
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt. We'll provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement or full refund upon inspection. A prepaid return label is only provided for faulty or incorrect items, for standard returns the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Contact Us: Email our customer service at support@nuvion-nutrition.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive Instructions: We'll provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions.
3. Package Items: Securely pack the items, including the RAN and a copy of your invoice.
4. Ship the Package: Send the package to:

We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure safe delivery.
4. Refunds
• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
5. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
6. Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.
